Counts. Unauthorised use of those materials including reproduction, storage, distribution or republication without the prior
written approval of Literacy Counts is strictly prohibited and will result in prosecution. The names and logos of Literacy
Counts and all related product and service names, designs, marks, logos and slogans are the trade names, service marks or
trademarks of Literacy Counts and may not be used without the prior written approval of Literacy Counts. Literacy Counts is a trading name of Literacy Counts Limited.

Cancellation Terms and Conditions

Terms and conditions regarding the cancellation of a booking are:

  • 28+ days – No cost
  • 7 – 27 days – 50% fee
  • Less than 7 days – Full fee
  • All prices subject to VAT

The DPA & GDPR May 2018

We and this website complies to the DPA (Data Protection Act 1998) and already complies to the GDPR (General Data Protection

Users can subscribe online or at Literacy Counts training sessions where they have given their explicit permission. Subscriber
personal details are collected, processed, managed and stored in accordance with the regulations named in ‘The policy’ above.
Subscribers can unsubscribe at any time by emailing admin@literacycounts.co.uk. Non-sensitive details (your email address etc.)
are transmitted normally over the Internet, and this can never be guaranteed to be 100% secure. As a result, while we strive
to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee the security of any information you transmit to us, and you do
so at your own risk. Once we receive your information, we make our best effort to ensure its security on our systems.
